What your first visit looks like
Every new client starts with a deep clean. Here is exactly what happens between booking and the checklist text, so nothing is a surprise.
Why the first one runs long
A first visit takes four to six hours with two cleaners, because it sets the baseline every later visit maintains. Baseboards, vents, inside appliances, behind furniture: done once, properly.
After that, a recurring visit to the same home takes around two hours. The deep-clean fee is credited in full if you start a weekly or biweekly plan within thirty days.
From booking to the checklist text
Four moments, in the order they happen. Most clients are surprised by how little they have to do.

Three things to do before we arrive
You do not need to clean before the cleaners. A little clearing makes the visit faster, and faster means more time on the detail work.
Clear counters of small items
Pick up clothes and toys off floors
Tell us about pets and delicate surfaces
Dishes, laundry and inside-appliance work can be added as extras when you book.
While the team is in your home
A few habits that keep the visit smooth and your home the way you left it.
The 24‑hour promise starts with the first visit
Walk the home after the team leaves. Anything you would have wanted done differently, reply to the checklist text within a day and someone comes back at no charge.
