What a move clean covers
An empty home is cleaned differently from a lived‑in one. With nothing on the counters or in the closets, the team goes inside every cabinet and drawer, behind every appliance and along every baseboard, and finishes with windows, tracks and light fixtures.
Two cleaners spend five to seven hours in an average three-bedroom home, more if the kitchen has been heavily used. The lead photographs the oven, fridge and bathrooms once they are done, so you have a record for the landlord or the buyer.
When to book it
For a move‑out, book the day after the furniture leaves and before the final walkthrough. For a move‑in, book before the boxes arrive, so floors and shelves are clean before anything is unpacked on to them. Either way, the office confirms the date within a business day.
