What a recurring visit covers
Every visit works through the same fifty checklist points: kitchen counters, appliance fronts, sink and floors; every bathroom fixture, mirror and tile; beds, dusting, glass and floors in the bedrooms and living areas. The order never changes, so nothing gets skipped on a busy day.
A two‑person team takes about two hours in an average three-bedroom home. One cleaner owns the kitchen and baths, the other the bedrooms and living areas, and the team lead inspects each zone before it is ticked off and texted to you.
Why the same team matters
Recurring clients are assigned a standing day and a standing pair. After two or three visits the team knows where the good glassware lives, which door the cat bolts for and which rug needs the low setting. That knowledge is why the house looks the same every time you come home.

Choosing a rhythm
Weekly for busy households, pets and small children
Biweekly, our most booked plan, for most family homes
Monthly for tidy homes and lighter schedules
Swap one add-on into any biweekly visit at no charge
Pause or reschedule free with 48 hours notice
Same flat rate for as long as you are a client
How to prepare
Nothing beyond a quick pick-up of clothes and toys from the floors. Leave a key, garage code or lockbox with the office and the team texts on arrival and again when they leave. If you are home, they work around you.
What it costs
Recurring visits start at $139 weekly, $159 biweekly and $189 monthly for a two-bedroom, two-bath home, adding about $30 per extra bedroom. New clients start with a deep clean, credited in full when a weekly or biweekly plan begins within thirty days.
