Flat rates, shown before you book
Every price below is for a two-bedroom, two-bath home. Add about $30 per extra bedroom, and nothing else changes unless you ask for add-ons.
How the number is set
Three inputs: bedrooms, bathrooms and frequency. We do not price by the hour, because a slow team should not cost you more than a fast one.
Recurring rates hold for as long as you are a client. If your home changes, a renovation or a new roommate, tell the office and we requote it once, in writing.
Deep, move‑out and post-renovation cleans are quoted the same way, with a size-based flat rate confirmed before the team is booked.
Add-ons, priced per visit
Bolt any of these onto a scheduled clean. Biweekly clients can swap one add-on in each visit at no charge, and everything can be added or removed up to 24 hours before the team arrives.

If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and the team returns to redo it free. You are not charged until you have the checklist in hand.
No forms, no photos required, no arguing about what counts. If it was on the list and it is not done, we come back.
