What a deep clean covers

A deep clean works through all fifty checklist points and then keeps going. Inside the oven and the fridge, behind and under movable furniture, on top of cabinets and ceiling fans, inside window tracks, along every baseboard and door frame.

Two cleaners spend four to six hours in an average three-bedroom home. The team lead signs off each zone before moving to the next and texts you the completed checklist with photos of the areas you asked about.

Why it is the first visit

Recurring visits are priced to maintain a baseline. Without a deep clean first, the team spends the first two months chasing build-up instead of maintaining, and the house never quite gets there. Setting the baseline once makes every visit after it faster and cheaper.

How to prepare

Clear counters and floors of anything you do not want moved, and tell us about surfaces that need special care, like unsealed stone or oiled wood. That is it. We bring everything else, including the ladder.

What it costs

Deep cleans start at $249 for a two-bedroom, two-bath home and add roughly $45 per additional bedroom. The rate is fixed once you confirm, and it is credited in full if you start a weekly or biweekly plan within thirty days.
