What an office clean covers

Desks, meeting rooms, break rooms and restrooms, cleaned after hours so nobody works around a vacuum. Surfaces are wiped, glass and screens polished, bins emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped, and the kitchen left as it should have been found.

A two‑person team takes two to three hours in a typical office under 3,000 square feet. The lead texts the completed checklist to the office manager before locking up, with anything they noticed, like a leaking tap or a low soap dispenser.

How to prepare

Give the office an alarm code and a key or fob, and tell us which desks should not be touched. Consumables like paper towels and soap can be supplied by us or restocked from your own cupboard.

What it costs

Office cleans start at $179 per visit for spaces under 1,500 square feet on a weekly schedule, with twice-weekly and larger spaces quoted by area. Rates are fixed for the length of the agreement.
