What an apartment clean covers
The same fifty checklist points, sized for a smaller home. Kitchen counters, appliance fronts, sink and floors; every bathroom fixture, mirror and tile; beds, dusting, glass and floors in the bedroom and living area. Balconies and patios can be added to any visit.
A two‑person team takes about ninety minutes in a one or two-bedroom apartment. The lead signs off each zone before moving on and texts you the completed checklist before the team is back in the elevator.
