Why we send the same team every time

Most cleaning companies send whoever is free. We send the same two people on the same day, every time, and have done since 2016. It costs more to schedule and it is the single decision clients mention most often when they explain why they stayed.
What a standing team changes
On a first visit, a team spends a quarter of its time working out where things go and what needs care. By the third visit that time is gone. The team knows the oiled counters, the cat, the drawer that sticks and the guest room that only needs a look. Every minute saved goes into the detail work.
How teams are built
Every new hire shadows a senior lead for three weeks before a first solo home
Teams are paired by area, so nobody drives across the Triangle between visits
A lead inspects every zone before it is ticked off the checklist
If one member is away, the other leads and briefs the fill-in from your home notes

Why it matters for quality
Consistency is not a slogan, it is a scheduling decision. A team that owns its homes takes pride in them in a way a rotating crew never can, and the checklist text at the end of every visit keeps that pride honest.
What it means for you
You get names and photos the evening before, a familiar knock on the standing day, and a team that notices the low soap dispenser without being asked. If you ever want a change, tell the office and it is handled quietly.
The trade-off
Standing slots are finite, so new clients occasionally wait a week or two for their preferred day. We think that is the right trade, and most clients agree once their team turns up for the third time.

Flat-rate cleaning with the same team every visit. From $139.
Written by the teams
Every piece comes from a Cleaning team lead and is checked by the office before it goes out.

Written by the people who clean these homes weekly
Cleaning teams see fifty homes a month each. Everything in this piece comes from that routine, not from a product brochure.
